Why We Need You
The BioNTainers will be equipped to produce a range of mRNA-based vaccines targeted towards the needs of African Union member states. You will become part of the regional staffing team, driving the establishment of the regional African end-to-end mRNA manufacturing network.
Finance Controller*
The Finance Controller is responsible for a smoothly running Procure-to-Pay process at the Rwanda site. This includes ensuring that purchase orders are placed properly and also approved promptly, and that our suppliers are paid as agreed. The Specialist is also the interface to central accounting and Treasury to ensure that the accounting records and payment transactions are accurate.
Your Main Responsibilities Are
• Close cooperation with global Finance functions to set-up a local Procure-to-Pay process
• Ensure that all initial orders and payments are managed properly and compliant
• Close cooperation for initial cost tracking to ensure an always up-to-date financial business case calculation
• Project support (e.g. asset accounting, SAP etc.)
• Setup of proper e-banking processes to be compliant and transparent with respect to payment transactions
• Ensures a properly run Procure-to-Pay process
• Responsible for managing the local accounting records for fixed assets
• Reviews clearing accounts and open aged items and derives corresponding actions
• Interface between central accounting and the local Rwanda site

Role summary
We are looking for fresh and energetic loan officers to join the entire team to perform and support on raising the portfolio. The Loan Officers will be responsible Client management the existing Loan Portfolio, creating their own portfolios, reducing overdues but not limited. Job Responsibilities

Background Information To The Recruitment
The Law N° 56/2013 of 09/08/2013 establishing Rwanda Council of Veterinary Doctors (RCVD) and determining its mission, organization and functioning was gazetted on 21/10/2013. RCVD is a statutory body which is mandated to ensure that its members provide quality and reliable services as far as the veterinary profession is concerned ;
The specific mission of the Council include the following :
• To control entry of persons into practice of the profession, set professional conditions for admission and decide on applications for the practice of the profession ;
• To ensure that all members comply with the rules, standards and code of ethics of veterinary profession ;
• To be responsible for the honor and dignity of the veterinary profession ;
• To protect and promote the interest of the veterinary profession ;
• To resolve conflicts and settle disputes that may arise between a member of the Council and his/her client ;
• To monitor and exercise disciplinary measures over the members of the Council ;
