Background

VIF is currently building a medical center located in Gisozi. The structure of the building has been completed and the company will initiate the finishing works in December 2022. To that end, VIF is seeking the services of multiple suppliers, as described below.

Service Need
Companies with expertise into completing turnkey projects for hospitals in Rwanda or internationally and with vast knowledge in healthcare standards. The companies are invited to present a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for labor services (including equipment) before October 21st, 2022. The project’s structure has been completed and the contractor will oversee the exterior Façade, Interior Finishing, MEP & exterior landscape.


Eligibility Criteria
All applicants should meet the following criteria
1. Have a demonstrated experience of providing similar services with a minimum of 5 years of Experience
2. Must have experience in supply & installation for the area they have submit the RFP, especially for commercial/ hospital projects.
3. Have a demonstrated capacity and experience to have worked on turnkey projects.

Ritco Ltd is a public-private partnership transport company that was established to improve public transport services in Rwanda and in the region in order to bring out of isolation citizens living in rural areas facilitating their access to development activities at affordable prices.

Background
Rwanda interlink transport company (RITCO LTD) Is a public-private partnership entity that was established to provide sustainable solutions to proliferating public transport problems for the rural urban population and the region. Established in 2016, RITCO was officially launched on 6th February 2017 with an aim to provide affordable, sufficient and quality intercity connectivity and increase accessibility to development activities across the country and region at large.
The company would like to letting carwash, garage, and packing the proposed projects include establishment of a garage, carwash and packing, at its branches located in Nyagatare, ngoma in eastern province as well as Gicumbi branch in northern province.


Objectives of the assignment
The main of objective of these ToRs is to letting the above-mentioned proposed project to the eligible service providers.

Scope of Works
The eligible bidder who will win the tender will perform the following activities:
• Consult DCP authorities to determine acceptable infrastructure in the area as per district Masterplan;
• Conduct an environmental impact assessment,
• Assessment of other legal/statutory approvals;
• Advance payment for three months.

Project Duration
This letting service will take a period of 12 months (one year) after signing of the contract. Any delay of payment beyond 5 days after contract signing not communicated and approved by the company shall result in contract termination.
