The bidder shall submit the following documents:
1. Price schedule/quotations detailing prices without taxes showing the delivery period and warranty,
2. Copy of the incorporation certificate (RDB)
3. Valid Tax clearance certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority
4. Valid Clearance Certificate from Rwanda Social Security Board.
5. Having experience in similar delivery will be an added advantage.

The bids documents in a sealed envelope, shall be submitted to FXB Rwanda coordination office located at Kamonyi District, Runda Sector, Ruyenzi cell, Rubumba Village or send an electronic copy via info@fxbrwanda.org no later than Thursday October 20, 2022 at 14:00 PM.

Note.
• The vehicle will bear the temporary matriculation plate;
• FXB has the right to cancel the tender in case the bidders’ prices are not consistent with market prices;
• The requested materials will be delivered at FXB Rwanda Coordination office located in Runda sector, Ruyenzi Cell
• Please make sure you include your email address as it will be used in giving feedback on your application. Suppliers with no email address will not receive any feedback.
