Box 522 Kimihurura-Kigali, from 19/04/2023 between 9.00 am and 4:00 pm from Monday to Thursday and from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm on Fridays upon presentation of proof of payment of RWF 10,000 to Account No 6775000006 opened at ECOBANK in the name of Ripple Effect. Site visit will take place on 27th and 28th April 2023. Details indicated in the tender document.
