Bank of Kigali Plc is looking to revamp its acquiring business as the preferred merchant bank. BK Plc hereby invites interested bidders to tender for the supply of 100 android POS.

Technical specifications for the above mentioned item will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 03rd June 2024. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 21st June 2024 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted in ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs or USD, payment terms, detailed company profile. Indicate specifications and version of the proposed OS, delivery and warranty period, Pre-selected bidders may be required to submit the samples. Interested Bidders should submit their bids together with the following requirements:

-Company registration certificate from RDB

-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

-Valid Social Security Contribution Certificate

-Performance certificates to prove similar services done elsewhere.
