INVITATION TO TENDER No 24/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/06/04/2024

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to engage local, regional service providers to provide the datacenter facility equipment and Supply, install and Commissioning of Two Electronic Key Cabinets and its management System. BK Plc hereby invites bids from local, regional service providers for the above mentioned services.

Specifications for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 20th April 2024. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 03rd May 2024 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in RWF and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, delivery and warranty period, pictures and specifications that meet the Given specifications, provide a valid Tax clearance, Company registration and valid contribution clearance certificate; and any other required document.
