TENDER NOTICE

TENDER TITLE: SUPPLY OF GENERAL CLEANING AND LAUNDRY CLEANING PRODUCTS TO KING FAISAL HOSPITAL, RWANDA

TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 84/G/NCB/24/KFH,

1. The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘’funded by its budget towards the cost of supply of general cleaning products and Laundry cleaning products to KFHR. Client intends to apply portion of the funds to eligible payments under the frame work contract, the tender is composed of two Lots, (Supply of general cleaning products for Lot1 and Supply of Laundry cleaning products for Lot 2)
2. King Faisal Hospital Rwanda is therefore inviting interested and qualified companies to submit their bids as indicated in detail per each Lot in the statement of requirements.
3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda.
4. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 500,000frw for Lot 1 (supply of general cleaning products) and 500,000frw Lot 2 (supply of laundry cleaning products) per each lot duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
5. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Director of Procurement through the email: procurement@kfhkigali.com , King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 – Kigali – Rwanda.
6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the King Faisal Hospital, at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm June 5^th 2024. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm local time on June 5^th, 2024.
8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
