Expression of interest – Shredder

The GIZ Waste & Circular Economy Project is looking to acquire one shredder for Shredding wet organic solid wastes up to 1 Tons per hour. Shreds most biodegradable materials such as: tree branches, corn stalks, banana bunch stalk, etc.

 Shredder to be supplied must be with Gasoline engine motor

All material and parts will have a six-months warranty period.

Waste and circular economy team will visit the shredder manufacturing workshop of the service provider to confirm that workshop is experienced in manufacturing the similar shredder/machine

Supplier/service provider will prepare and conduct 1 day on site training to help the users to know how to operate and to maintain the shredder.

• The supplier is requested to submit his/her offer which includes clear and complete technical specifications of proposed items (this will be the basis for technical evaluation against specifications provided) and quotation for unit price and total price for the item.
• The offer must be in PDF and the price must be in RWF and VAT excluded.
• Delivery Place:Rwamagana District, Mwulire Sector, Ntunga Cell in Kadasumbwa village
• Delivery period: Please indicate your shortest delivery period.
• Payment conditions: up to 10 days after delivery and invoicing.

Your offer should be valid for 60 days and should contain the following:

• RDB registration certificate
• VAT registration certificate
• Valid Tax clearance certificate
• Three (3) Referees or references certificates of similar tenders executed in the last 5 years.
