• Assess the current TWIGIRE MUHINZI extension system, propose its improvement and involvement of partners in implementing the agricultural season activities;
• Support MINAGRI in monitoring the implementation of agricultural season’s activities;
• Monitor the implementation of the road map for local seed production;
• Supervise the distribution of seeds and fertilizers through APTC/Reserve Force for both CIP crops and coffee;
• Collaborate with RAB, NAEB and APTC to recommend and implement practical solutions to facilitate timely delivery of inputs;
• Support Agro Processing Trust Corporation (APTC)/Reserve Force in strengthening the inputs distribution system;
• Put in place the mechanisms aiming at ensuring timely distribution of inputs;

• Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Economics and Agribusiness, with practical experience of at least 3 years of working experience in a reputable institution in the area of Agriculture.
• Experience in developing and implementing agriculture programmes
• Experience in producing credible mechanisms or systems in the agriculture domain
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver on several initiatives
