The positions’ details are further outlined below;
Role Title: Administrative Assistant – 1 Post
Business Unit(s): Rwanda
Business /Function: Operations
Location: Rwanda
Reports To: Human Capital & Administration Manager
MDP Level: Manager of Self
Role Size: K .

Key tasks and responsibilities
• Assist in administration and renewal of various contracts, insurance policies maintained by the company
• Assist in preparation of contracts, appointment letters, transfer letters, and any other related correspondence
• Maintain the Administration general filing system and file all correspondences to ensure safekeeping and retrieval
• Handle migration issues (For Expatriate and their families)
• Ensuring the information in the personnel files is kept up-to-date in line with the policies and regulations of the organization.
• Arrange for the interview (Logistics)
• Inform the HR Manager and supervisors of all probation assessments coming to an end at least two weeks before
• Ensure that File on file/electronic are kept confidential
• Ensure in house customer care
• Perform any other duty in support of day-to-day operations of the business as assigned by the supervisor.

Academic/Professional Qualifications and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related business field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a large organization
• Human Resources experience is an added value.
• Knowledge of HR systems
