Assignment Title: Supply Of Brand New Double Cabin Pick Up
The Development Bank of Rwanda would like to procure one (1) brand new double cabin pick-up from well-established, qualified, and financially viable companies In this regard, the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) invites the interested and potential companies to submit their bids for the above-mentioned services according to the technical Specification detailed in the tender document.
The Tender document in English may be obtained from procurement office from 28/07/2022 during office hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Local time) upon presentation of proof of payment of a nonrefundable fee of Twenty Thousand (20,000 Frw) deposited on the account N° 593112700910118 of BRD opened in BPR Bank.

Submission Procedure
Well bound and sealed bids presented in 3 hard copies, one of them marked "Original" and 2 hard copies marked "Copy of the bids. The Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days and shou submitted in BRD procurement office at the address BRD HQ, PO BOX 1341, Kigali Rwanda, not later than 10/08/2022, at 10:00am local time.

The bids will be immediately opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who wish to attend the opening session in BRD meeting room ground floor. Please note that the bids will be put in an envelope indicating the name, the address of the prospective bidder and title of the tender which will be marked as follows:

Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
7. Bids will be opened in a public session and in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person in the conference room at EUCL Headquarter Offices at 10:30 am local time on the same day.
8. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in Three copies one of which is the original must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of One Million Rwandan francs (Frw 1,000,000) or One Thousand United State Dollar (USD 1,000) issued by a reputable bank or other financial institutions. The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission. The Outer envelope (containing the bid and bid guarantee) should clearly indicate the tender title and tender reference number.
