AEE Rwanda is currently implementing PEPFAR/USAID’s Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) - Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe (DREAMS) Activity (ODA - IGIRE) which is a five-year cooperative agreement with a goal of reducing vulnerability and HIV incidence among OVC and their households and adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) in high HIV burden districts in Rwanda is looking for potential bidders to Conduct a Gender Analysis of AEE Rwanda IGIRE UBAKA-EJO program

Kepler is looking for qualified and eligible suppliers to bid for works of soundproofing its auditorium in accordance with the requirements specified in the attached Request for Quotation and Technical Specification documents underneath this notice. Site visits are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time starting from the publication date of this tender. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each bidder are permitted to attend the site visit. Interested bidders are advised to visit the site but it is optional.
Well bound and sealed bids presented in 2 hard copies, one copy marked “Original” and another copy marked "Copy" of the bids must be presented to Kepler Reception Office located in Kinyinya Sector on KG 29 Ave No. 16 not later than, Monday, December 12, 2022 at 10:30 AM Local Time. Late bids shall be rejected.
The opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 11:00 AM Local time in Kepler Campus Boardroom in the presence of bidders who will choose to attend the opening session.
Kepler reserves the right to cancel this tender any time before a contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders.
