Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from FERWAFA Procurement Office at FERWAFA Headquarters, P.O. Box. 2000 Kigali, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account number 100001281075 of Rwanda Football Federation (FERWAFA) at the Bank of Kigali. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of Five Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (500,000 RWF) from a Bank or any other recognised financial institution. The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the FERWAFA Procurement Office at the address given above within 14 days before the opening session.
Well-presented bids, properly bound in sealed envelopes and presented in 3 copies, one original and its copies, with the title and reference number of the tender you are bidding for, must reach the FERWA/Procurement Office at the above-mentioned address not later than 27/12/2022, at 10:00 am local time. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies, one of which is the original, must be couriered or hand-delivered in a sealed envelope marking the reference number of the tender must be submitted at the reception of the address below before 27/12/2022 at 10:00am local time. Late bids will not be accepted.
Bids opening will be the same day at 10:30am local time at RMS Office.
