JOB DETAILS:
As our Technical Market Researcher for Senegal you will design, conduct, and manage a feasibility study focused on digitizing services within Senegal’s Ministry of Justice. You will be responsible for developing a report that documents the requirements surrounding the process of digitizing these public services based on their unique IT, government, and business environment after interacting with stakeholders in that country. .
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide a Technical assessment of how Senegal’s Ministry of Justice can automate their services.
• Assess Senegal’s online e-government system, TeleDac.
• Assess the IT Policies that currently govern the digitization of public services.
• Suggest roles that entities within the public and private sector can play in establishing and managing e-government.
• Determine the investment required to develop an e-justice system
• Provide a Technical and Financial feasibility assessment of the business model of e-justice.
• Provide answers surrounding whether digitization would: simplify the lives of end-users and be helpful to the Government.
• Master the procedures required and infrastructure needed to digitize services within Senegal’s Judicial Branch.

• You specialize in flawless documentation
• You are able to lead and coordinate business-planning efforts, and analyze business processes and practices through the lens of design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives
• You are ready to set documentation standards, establish document management/control, and prepare technical and operational documentation including systems, processes, and work flow descriptions and diagrams
• You are able to developing standards, defining business analysis best practices, validating and verifying requirements, identifying solution options, and recommending improvements are essential duties
• You are conversant with e-government solutions
• You have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science, information systems, or educational technology
• You are available to assist us for a period of 3 months
• You have significant experience working with IT companies, preferably over 5 years
