Access to Finance Rwanda (AFR) would like to recruit a highly qualified, competent and experienced Strategic Support Consultant. .

Job Responsibilities
• He/she is an experienced financial sector development expert with a focus on firm level finance.
• The postholder will be setting direction, drawing on his technical expertise and industry knowledge.
• She/he will play a consultative role being both a leader and a doer with the responsibility to (a) maximize impact and to consolidate lessons from the existing portfolio and (b) to support AFR to develop strategy and interventions in support of Rwanda’s economic transformation.
• As such the post holder will be a creative thinker and influential collaborator.
