  Job Responsibilities:
TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION (90%)
• Manage trainings in 4-5 locations for all incoming refugee clients in the Micro Business Solutions Department.
• Implement trainings as part of the ongoing classes schedule for Inkomoko clients.
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
• Develop new and review existing content to match client needs and refugee business dynamics.
• Recommend clients that need extra/specific attention to the relevant Business Manager of the location.
• Coordinate with Camp Managers/communications efforts about the trainings to clients and partners to ensure full participation.
• Draft training reports from assigned locations and updates the online report.
OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION (10% time)
• Record billable hours and activities in organizational tracking systems (Odoo, etc).
• Maintain an updated training schedule on the calendar and the website.
• Work with the Monitoring & Evaluation Manager to ensure trainings are assessed for impact and value to entrepreneurs.
• Coordinate and manager the Training Support Associate and other training staff or instructors for smooth logistics.
• Attend all Company-wide meetings and maintain organizational values in all situations.

  Job Qualifications:
• Understanding of business concepts (finance, HR, marketing, human-centered design) and be able to teach these concepts to adult learners in non-traditional settings.
• Undergraduate degree a must, advanced degree preferred in business is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of training, public speaking, or understanding of adult education/learning.
• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse audiences.
• Experience with Human Centered Design.
• Candidates must possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office.
• 3+ years of experience working with entrepreneurs, business development or training/teaching.
• Willingness to travel across Rwanda to implement trainings in Kigali, Nyamata, Huye, and refugee camps across the country – some overnight travel is required for this position.
• MUST have fluency in English, French, and Kinyarwanda (Kirundi also a plus).
