Horizon Group Ltd is a holding Company with subsidiaries engaged in the various sectors of the Rwandan Economy including Infrastructure Development, Construction, Agriculture, processing and export of Pyrethrum, clearing and Freight Forwarding and Logistics solutions, Production of construction Materials specifically roofing tiles among others.
The company is seeking to recruit highly experienced and competent professionals in the following areas: Senior Legal officer.

Job Responsibilities:
• Strong understanding of Production methodology
• Good communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles.
• Possesses significant computer skills
• Assist the Director for legal and compliance Department in the duties of coordination of department activities.
• Draft contracts
• Provides expert opinion on legal and commercial implications of contracts being executed by the company.
• Monitor and coordinate compliance activities
• Possession of Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB/LLM)
• Masters is an added advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• He/she must be a legal practitioner
• Business experience is an added advantage.
• Displays excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
