Job Responsibilities:
• Job Description The main duties for the Secured Transaction Registration Officer include but not limited to the following tasks.
• Conduct formal assessment of all applications for collateral registration (movable and immovable) in adherence to the relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensure all data entered in the secured transactions registries is accurate, well maintained and treated with confidentiality.
• Provide clear, timely and courteous client feedback over the registration system platforms.
• Advise the hierarchical supervisors on the legal issues related to collateral registration and management.
• Ensure adherence to the client charter.
• Perform any other duties assigned to her/him by the hierarchical supervisors.
