JOB DETAILS:

  We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Manager, to join our team at our ultra-luxury 5* properties in Rwanda.
Reporting to the Area Lodge Manager ; the Human Resources Manager will lead the day to day HR operations as well as the short and long term planning of the HR function across two properties One&Only Nyungwe House and One&Only Gorilla’s Nest.
This will include all aspects of Human Resources from employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, recruitment, housing, Employee wellness and Colleagues’ dining, partnering with Head of departments and Lodge Managers as well as driving the key HR metrics.
