We support children’s rights from birth until they reach adulthood. And we enable children to prepare for – and respond to – crises and adversity. We drive changes in practice and policy at local, national and global levels using our reach,
experience and knowledge.
Plan International has been operating in Rwanda since 2007. In the past ten years, Plan International Rwanda has an extensive portfolio that covers a variety of areas in both development and emergency contexts that is Operating in 3 Districts and in six refugee camps.
There is a growing diversity of partnerships and grants as well as projects funded by the sponsorship programme.
Human Resources Coordinator
Purpose:
This job is needed in order to provide support from the Human Resources (HR) function to all departments of the organization within the country according to Plan’s HR principles, policies and fitting practices.
Location: Country Office, Kigali
Reporting: This position will report directly to The Country Human Resources & Organizational Development Manager.
Dimensions of the Role: This post has no direct reports.
