  Job Responsibilities:
Technical Delivery
• Coordinates Planning functions in REG and its Subsidiaries (EUCL, EDCL) to ensure harmonised plans and avoid duplication;
• Provide advisory role regarding new technologies,
• Engineering performance reporting at group level;
Leadership
• Develop Business Plan and Budget for Planning Department aligned with REG Strategic Plans;
• Develop Deliverables, agree KPIs, Monitor, Review and Evaluate performance for the planning team;
Safety, Health & Environment
• Ensure Planning activities and staff comply with Safety, Environment and Health statutory, legal and regulatory guidelines;
• Ensure the Group Planning efforts result in minimal negative &/or adverse environmental impact;

  Job Qualifications:
• MSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro–Mechanical Engineering, IT engineering
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in an Electricity Utility, and 1 year experience in a management position and 2 years of experience in Network Planning & Design Or
• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro–Mechanical Engineering, IT engineering or related field A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an Electricity Utility, and ` 3 years’ experience in a management position and 2 years of experience in Network Planning & Design.
