CARE Rwanda seeks a dynamic, future-oriented Country Director (CD) to lead CARE’s strategy and operations and drive for impact in a unique and enabling policy and legal environment. This exciting and strategic role requires a candidate who can demonstrate strategic leadership, ability to build and maintain partnerships and coalitions, ability to manage and learn from knowledge, along with the ability to innovate, mobilize resources, manage change, and build a strong organizational team. Understanding of and a deep commitment to gender equality is essential.
