FHI360 invites firms/consultants for the Tunoze Gusoma EGRA baseline assessment to be conducted in approximately 220 schools randomly selected in all 30 Districts of Rwanda. Participation to the competition is therefore open on equal conditions to all companies/Firms specialized in the field.

Submission Procedure
Terms of Reference are attached to this tender and shall be referred to for the submission of technical and financial proposals.
Technical and financial proposals must be submitted together through this e-mail rwanda.procurement@fhi360.org into different documents:
1. Technical proposal to be submitted in a PDF document (readable)
2. Financial Proposal to be submitted in PDF document.
The deadline for submission is 1st April 2022 at 10.00 am.
Request for clarification must be addressed to this e-mail: rwanda.procurement@fhi360.org; not later than 28th March 2022 at 2pm.
