• Assist in the execution of communication plans to Distribution Channels s & distribution channels Monthly
• Assist with marketing initiatives / Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered. Monthly

• Ensure branding and product visibility of LTZM at all Distribution Channels s & distribution points Monthly
• Processing of necessary documentation for planned activations on behalf of the Sales Manager Retail Monthly
• Aggressive engagements with the Distribution Channels s & distribution channels / Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities Monthly

Achievement of Retail Sales Sign-Ups & Revenue Targets
Key Performance INDICATORS Performance Standards/Targets
• 2.1 Holds meetings (or as required) with Channels & Distribution Channels Executives to review and track performance Weekly
• 2.2 Compile and share retail sales performance report to Sales Retail Manager Weekly
• 2.3 Preparation of consolidated sales reports and compile schedules for Channels & Distribution Channels Executives commissions to be reviewed by Retail Sales Manager for sign off Monthly
Weekly
• 2.4 Mobilize the Channels & Distribution Channels Executives to deliver targeted new signups per week. Weekly
• 2.5 Reconcile reported top ups by Channels & Distribution Channels Executives against revenue received and submit to Retail Sales Manager for sign off. Weekly
• 2.6 Plan and implement agreed weekly activations to boost sales across the products. Weekly
• 2.7 Ensure Distribution Channels provisions are done as per requirements to ensure speedy revenue generation. Weekly
• 2.8 Submit transport & airtime schedules for sign off by Retail Sales Manager. Monthly
• 2.9 Report customer issues pertaining to installations & activations delays to Retail Sales Manager. Daily
• Coordinate and maintain duty roster. Maintain a flexible schedule due to business needs, and have room to include changes, vacation, national holidays etc Monthly

Key Decisions:
• Decide on stock level requirements for all Retail distribution channels & Distribution Channels s
• Decides on the best distribution channel to be implemented
• Decides on allocation of retail targets for Distribution Channels Executives and all distributors
Accountable for:
• Stock availability in all distribution channels & Distribution Channels s
• Distribution Channels executive & Channels coordination / Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
• Monitors performance of distributors and recommends terminations
• Distribution Channels executives transport, airtime , commission computation and overtime schedules
4 Job Requirements
4.1 Qualifications
• Formal Qualifications Required Essential / Desirable
• First Diploma in business, sales & marketing or related field Essential
4.2 Experience
• Job Related Experience Required Time Span Essential / Desirable
• Experience in managing a team, and proven track record in formulating plans that deliver on revenue targets 3 Years Essential
• Experience in the same role with a Telco or ISP 2 Year Desirable
4.3 Knowledge Areas
• Job Related Knowledge Required Essential / Desirable
• Knowledge in Sales, Channel partner onboarding Essential
• Sound expansion strategies from a sales and operational perspective Essential
