INVITATION TO TENDER N° 020/T.USC/2020/USACCO

UMWALIMU SACCO wishes to invite eligible bidders to submit bids FOR THE DESIGN, PRINTING & SUPPLY OF UMWALIMU SACCO MARKETING & PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS as indicated in terms of reference. 

This document outlines the terms of reference for the appointment of service providers for the design, printing and supply of Umwalimu SACCO marketing & promotional materials as-and-when-a-need-arises, for a period of two (2) years.

UMWALIMU SACCO requires a sizeable quantity of branded promotional material as part of its marketing and advertisement initiatives both internally and externally. For this reason, the utmost importance on quality in service delivery is placed in terms of the promotional material produced for the organization.

This tender shall be on a framework contract whereby the financial proposals shall be unit price quotations for each item to be supplied. 

Tender Document in English may be obtained on any working day from UMWALIMU SACCO Head office KIMIRONKO – GASABO – KIGALI; Street No: KG 205^ST with effect from 16/8/2022 upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (Frw 10,000) on account N^o 010-5008448- 01- 86 of UMWALIMU SACCO opened in I &M Bank.

1. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” equivalent to Rwandan francs 1,000,000 for each lot.
2. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to UMWALIMU SACCO; P.O BOX 2257 KIGALI Street No: KG 205^ST and Telephone: +250781469546
3. Well printed bids, properly bound, signed by the competent representative, and stamped presented in three copies one of which is the original addressed to the Director General of UMWALIMU SACCO must reach the UMWALIMU SACCO Head office in the Director General’s Secretariat at the address mentioned above not later than 5/9/2022 at 10:00 AM local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at UMWALIMU SACCO’s Conference room at its Headquarters located in KIMIRONKO near REB building on the same date at 10:30 AM local time.
5.  The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.
