ActionAid Rwanda hereby invites national tenders for the construction of The Construction Of Carpentry Workshop At Murundi Tvet In Murundi Sector, Karongi District Western Province.
Participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all national companies or enterprises specialized in the field with a valid trading license.
The Tender Document may be obtained from ActionAid offices located in Gasabo District, Remera sector, Rukiri II cell, opposite Amahoro stadium, Airport side from 10th September 2021 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to the account N° 00040-0043097-62 of ActionAid opened at Bank of Kigali.

Submission Procedure
The tender document will be given to the bidder after submitting the bank slip on the email: Actionaid.Rwanda@actionaid.org one day after submission of the bank slip. The tender document will be available from 28/06/2022 upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip .
The mandatory site visit is planned on 5/07/2022 at 10:30. The visit will start from Murundi Sector office in Karongi district.
Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound, and presented in 2 copies of
which, an original and 1 copy in sealed envelope, to Actionaid Rwanda Head offices at
Remera, KG 178 ST, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building not
later 10/07/2021 at 10 :30 am. Late bids will be rejected.
The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 11:00 AM at the Actionaid conference-room.
