FH Association (Food for the Hungry) is an International Christian Relief and Development Organization with a vision “All forms of poverty ended worldwide” and a mission “Together we follow God’s call responding to human suffering and graduating communities from extreme poverty”.
FH Association (Food for the Hungry) is a Christian international relief and development organization founded in 1971 with a mission of reducing human suffering and graduating communities from extreme poverty. The organization started operating in Rwanda in 1994 and is currently implementing projects in 6 Districts of Rwanda: Ngororero, Gatsibo, Nyagatare, Muhanga, Ruhango, Kamonyi and recently expanding to Karongi District.

FH Rwanda is seeking to produce short video documentaries that capture achievements in three focus areas: food security & Livelihoods, Wash & nutrition, and Education. The assignment will be conducted in FH five area programs: Gatunda in Nyagatare District, Nyagihanga in Gatsibo District, Nyarubaka in Kamonyi, Mwendo in Ruhango as well as Kabacuzi and Cyeza in Muhanga District.
Objective of the Assignment.
The overall objective of the task is to produce media material including a short video for each of the three identified areas and high resolution photographs that can be used in various communication platforms by focusing on program impact, outcomes and success stories.
Duration: The work should be completed in 18 days from the date of signing the contract.
Qualifications: The consultancy firm should be a professional in producing film/ video with a background, experience, qualification in and acquaintance in producing documentaries.
Application Procedure: All interested parties’ consultancy firms should download the TOR provided. Bids shall be submitted between 3rd June 2022 and 6th June 2022 on email: fhr-tendercommittee@fh.org with the following documents: Registration Certificate, Tax compliance certificate, EBM certificate, Technical Proposal, financial proposal detailing all cost, 3 sample of videos produced by the firm.
Bids submitted before 3rd June and those after 6th June 2022 will not be considered.
