Terms of Reference for Supply Computers

We reach out to the poorest and most vulnerable people in Rwanda to help them realise their rights to services such as food, shelter, work, education and healthcare; and to give them a voice in the decisions that affect their lives.
Background
ActionAid Rwanda (AAR) is an Affiliate Member of ActionAid International (AAI) – an anti-poverty agency working with poor, voiceless people, communities, and similar-minded partners worldwide. ActionAid is a non-partisan, non-religious development organisation that has been working in Rwanda since 1982 to contribute towards eradication of poverty and injustices with a focus on tackling the root causes of poverty.
Specific Responsibilities Of The Supplier
Specifically, the supplier will be responsible for:
• Supply LAPTOP LENOVO V14 and all accessories at the headquarter office of AAR.
• Supply External CD/DVD ROM
• Other accessories: Computer Back Bag
• Supplier should mention:
• the delivery time
• Company Profile
• Proof of similar work
• Trade license from RDB
• VAT Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate

The opening of the bids will take place in a public session on the same day at 10:30 AM at the Actionaid conference-room.
