COGEBANQUE Ple invites all interested qualified Bidders to submit their bids for the tender mentioned above. The tender document may be obtained any working day from 8th October, 2021 from the main reception of Cogebunque head quarter which is situated on the corner of KN 4 Avenue and KN 63 St. upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of thirty thousand Rwanda francs (30,000 RWF), this fee shall be paid at COGEBANQUE Account No 00007490004-67.

Well bound and sealed proposals will be presented in 2 copies one of which marked original and another one marked copy, at any date before the submission deadline of 22nd October 2021 at 2:00 pm local time.

Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids shall be rejected.
The Tender should bear the reference number of the tender notice and marked with the title of the tender and reference number.
