King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (KFH, R) now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit their bids for the Tender Supply, installation of bio-medical equipment, and training of end-users under tender No 003/OCB/22/KFH at King Faisal Hospital Rwanda.
Tender documents may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, starting from 16th May 2022, from Procurement Department from 8h30 to 16h30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and weekends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf per each lot to the account 00289-06969456-38 opened at Bank of Kigali.
2. Participation is open on equal conditions to all persons or firms interested in this tender.
3. The bids shall be accompanied by a bid security per each Lot as follows:
Lot 1: Supply of Operating Theatre, Anaesthesia, and Radiology equipment: 4,527,000 RFW
All above are Issued from reputable financial institutions. The Bid security shall be duly signed and sealed by the guarantor and shall be valid until thirty days after the bid’s validity period.

5. Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies per each Lot, one of which is the original, must reach the Procurement Unit at the address mentioned below not later than May 31st, 2022 at 09:00 am local time prompt. Late bids shall be rejected. Companies are around to bid on different Lots with separate financial and technical offers.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on Friday, May 31st, 2022 at 9:30 am local time in KFH, R Board room.
7. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and the tender number.
8. Address for inspection, purchase, collection, submission, and opening of bids is:
