Tender for supply of five (5) tri-motorcycle new modelin districts of ngoma, kirehe and nyaruguru

 TENDER Number: 02/IFR/2022

1. Inades-Formation Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) was recruited as an Implementing partner
   of UN WOMEN for the execution of the project entitled “Transformative approaches
   to recognize, reduce, and redistribute unpaid care work in women’s economic empowerment programming: 3R Programme” in the districts of NGOMA, KIREHE, NYARUGURU and RUBAVU. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.
2. Under the funds of UN WOMEN Agency through the Project: “Transformative approaches to recognize, reduce, and redistribute unpaid care work in women’s economic empowerment programming:
   3R Programme”, Inades-Formation Rwanda invites eligible bidders to submit bids for
   the SUPPLY OF FOUR (4) TRI-MOTORCYCLES NEW MODEL IN DISTRICTS OF NGOMA, KIREHE, RUBAVU AND NYARUGURU.
3. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from Inades-Formation Rwanda head office located at Remera in Gasabo District behind Remera Main Buses Park, about 1km from the International Airport of Kigali, close to “Centre Christus” upon presentation of proof of payment ofa non-refundable fee of 10,000 FRW to the Account No00040-00002903-26 at Bank of Kigali.
4. Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 22nd, June 2022, 08:00 AM
   at Inades-Formation Rwanda Secretariat

Submission Procedure

6. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two hard copies, one of which is the original must reach the Inades-Formation Rwanda Secretariat at the address mentioned above no later than
   06th July 2022 at 10:00 AM  and the soft copy must as well be sent through the email (inadesformation.rwanda@inadesfo.net) just after the bids opening. Late bids will be rejected
   and returned unopened.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend
   at Inades-Formation Rwanda head office on 06th July 2022 at 10:30 AM.
8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title, bidder name and email for notification purpose.
