Jhpiego Rwanda, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University, is inviting competent and reputable companies in region (EAC) to submit their technical and financial proposals Laboratory Materials. 

INSTRUCTIONS TO BID: 

Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive bid procedure and is open to all eligible bidders for local and EAC bidders and is not transferable. 

Administrative documents required:

The Financial Proposal should contain the following 

• Quotation in RWF
• The quotation should separate Lots.
• You are allowed to quote for all lots or one lot only, depending on your store.

• Validity period of the price (minimum one month)
• Indicate the delivery time.
• Indicate the items that are exempted.

The Technical Proposal should contain the following 

• Company Profile
• 3 good completion certificates from previous clients for the period of 2022-2023
• Specifications for quoted items

• Expiration date, the nearest date should be June 2025 for consumables and reagents.

Language of Bid: English

Currency of Bid:  Rwandan Francs

LIST OF ITEMS AND SPECIFICATIONS ( LOT 1-2-3 &4).

LOT 2: CONSUMABLES

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

A Bidder, shall meet the following criteria to be eligible to participate in public procurement:

• the bidder has the legal capacity to enter into a contract, ( No advance paid);
• the bidder is not insolvent or bankrupt;
• the bidder’s business activities have not been suspended;

Bids (in a sealed envelope) must be delivered to the address below on or before 7^th July 2023 at 01:00PM East Africa Time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below

1. Submission is at JHPIEGO Office, at Umuyenzi Plaza Building, 2nd Floor. 
2. Indicate at the back of the envelope “SUPPLY OF LAB Materials”.
3. The bid shall be addressed to the: Sr Finance and Administration Manager/JHPIEGO 

Any bidder who will meet challenges during the expression of interest and bid submission can call 0788 381 188 during working hours from Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM and Friday up to 2:00 PM.

N.B.: Failure to meet the closing deadline will result in rejecting your bidding proposals.
