Irembo Ltd is a technology company in the gov-tech and fin-tech spaces that designs and develops digital products focused on users in Africa, starting with Rwanda. Formerly RwandaOnline, Irembo started operations in 2014 with a mission to lead the digitization of government services in Rwanda. 

Irembo Ltd shares notifications for every completed process of user’s applications and engagement with Irembo’s services. This results in Irembo sending quite a number of SMS notifications daily.   

Irembo Ltd is looking for two resilient partners that can forward SMS notifications to their recipients. The providers will be designated as follows. One main provider that will be in charge of all SMS notifications and one secondary provider that will be used as a backup to the main provider. 

Irembo Ltd invites all interested and capable companies to submit their proposals in this regard. For full information about this tender, a complete Request for Proposals document in English may be obtained upon an email request sent to;  procurement@irembo.com. 

The following administrative documents are required for the technical proposal to be considered:

• Certificates of domestic company registration
• A valid certificate issued by the Rwanda Social Security Board
• A valid tax clearance certificate issued by Rwanda Revenue Authority
