TENDER ADVERT:  TENDER FOR REHABILITATION OF SOS-BYUMBA                 

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in construction to submit their bids in regard to the rehabilitation of Byumba (Some areas that need renovations).

Participation is open and equal to all companies fulfils the conditions specialized in the field. The companies must be registered with Rwanda Development Board and should not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions. 

The tender is composed of one non-divisible lot. Site visit is not compulsory however who may wish to visit the site can contact SoS-Byumba, head location on tel no: 0788290335. 

Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request at sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org upon attachment of proof of purchase of tender document of non-refundable fee of five thousand (5,000 RWF) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. All bids should be submitted online on the above-mentioned e-mail. (Physical documents are not allowed).

Well-presented bids, properly organised, dated and stamped in one pdf must be sent to SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA through the e-mail: sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org with a copy to sosbnc@sos-rwanda.org  not later than 27^th /11/2023, at 10:30 a.m local time. The opening will be done on the same date at 10:30 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Note that the bids shall be companied by certificate of registration/Incorporation, Valid tax clearance certificate and RSSB certificate.
