JOB DETAILS:
TITLE: Tender for Provision of Manpower Services for Huye District
CLIENT: HUYE DISTRICTThe HUYE DISTRICT
hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in that area to submit their offers for the Tender for PROVISION OF MANPOWER’S SERVICES FOR HUYE DISTRICT. Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field.
The tender document may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda www.umucyo.gov.rw free of charge. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay a non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan francs paid to the account of Rwanda revenue authority opened at any commercial bank.
All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system as mentioned above before the deadline indicated in the e-procurement system. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the same day at time indicated in the system of e-procurement.
The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of the amount indicated in the e-procurement system from a Bank or any other recognised financial institution. The bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.
All interested s bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the procurement system not later than Seven days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
