1.Energy Utility Corporation Limited (EUCL) hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the "Ten- der for provision of FortiGate firewalls subscription licenses for 3 years." The participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field.

2.Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with the Pro- curement Procedures Manual of REG/EUCL as modified to date, and the participation to the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field, that meet the minimum qualification criteria as detailed in the SBD.

3.Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm at EUCL Headquarter, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, PO Box 5634 Kigali. E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw, upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to Account N° 2001161020000121 opened at NCBA Bank.

4.Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 13/12/2023 at 10:00 am. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

5.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at

EUCL-REG main board room in a public session on 13/12/2023 at 10:30 am local time.

6. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Bid Security of Six Hundred Sixty Thousand Rwandan Francs (660,000 Frw) issued by a reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda.

7.The bids will remain valid for 120 days starting from the deadline of bids submission.

8.The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number and title.
