Tender Number: 057/W/OCB/23/KFH

King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (KFH, R) invites interested and eligible bidders to submit their bids for partitioning works of Central Lobby pharmacy as indicated in detail in the bills of quantities of the bidding document.

1. The tender is divided into two lots:

• Partitioning works of central lobby Pharmacy ( Lot 1)
• Supply and fixing of pharmacy counter and shelves (Lot2) 

2. Tender documents in English may be obtained by email at “procurement@kfhkigali.com” upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee equivalent to ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Rwf) to account number opened at the bank of Kigali.
3. The offer shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Four hundred thousand Rwanda Francs (400,000 Rwf) for lot 1 and Two hundred thousand Rwandan Francs (200,000 Rwf) for Lot 2. The Bid security shall be duly signed and sealed by the guarantor and shall be valid until thirty (30) days after the bid validity period.              

4. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of KFH, R, through a formal letter with the following address Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 KIGALI, RWANDA or by email Email: procurement@kfhkigali.com 

5. The compulsory site visit is scheduled to this Wednesday 11^th October 2023 at KFH.R, from 10h00 to 11h00 am and the departure for visiting is fixed KFH, R, and Procurement Office. 

6. Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies and one original, must reach the Procurement Department at the address mentioned below not later than 20^th October 2023 at 2:00 pm local time prompt. Late bids shall be rejected.
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 20^th October 2023 at 2:30 pm local time in KFH, R Board room.
8. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name, title of the tender.
