REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST N°: 001/S/REOI/BSC/2024

Title: TENDER FOR NETWORK AUDIT, SUBSCRIBER MANAGEMENT AUTOMATION, AND SERVICE DELIVERY ENHANCEMENT

1. Introduction: BSC plc recognizes the importance of an efficient and reliable video conferencing infrastructure to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among our customers. As part of our commitment to enhancing productivity and optimizing resource utilization, we are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to optimize, support, and provide training for our existing video conference infrastructures.
2. BSC Plc now invites qualified individual consultant to submit their expression of interest for TENDER FOR NETWORK AUDIT, SUBSCRIBER MANAGEMENT AUTOMATION, AND SERVICE DELIVERY ENHANCEMENT. More details on the consultancy are provided in the Terms of Reference included in this REOI.
3. The REOI can be downloaded from bsc.rw or obtained free of charge from BSC Plc procurement office at Remera, Airport Road (KN5 RD), Opposite Chez Lando. 
4. Consultant will be selected under Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method of selection and procedures described in this Request for Proposal documents (REOI).
5. All applications to be addressed to The Chief Executive Officer C/O Procurement Office BSC PLC offices, located at Remera Airport Road (KN5 RD), opposite Chez Lando. please contact the procurement@bsc.rw for any required clarifications. 
6. Well printed EOI separate in two inner envelops and sealed in one outer envelope, properly bound and presented in Three copies one of which is the original must reach the reception at the address mentioned above not later than 22/03/2024 at 11:30 a.m. Late proposals will be rejected and returned unopened. 
7. Technical Proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at BSC PLC conference room on 15/03/2024 at 12:00 a.m.
