The deadline for submission quotations is July 13th, 2023 at AMIR’s at AMIR ‘office located at Kacyiru, KG 513 ST 13 near KIBAZA CELL OFFICE at 10 :00 am Kigali time and the opening will be the same day at 10:30 am.
