TITLE: Solicitation of data collection services for Kora Wigire Project Baseline

World Vision International is a Christian relief, development and advocacy organization whose purpose is to create lasting change in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty. World Vision is dedicated to working with the world’s most vulnerable children. In Rwanda, World Vision has been part of the country’s experience and journey since 1994 working through relief, rehabilitation, and development programs.

World Vision International (Rwanda) is looking for a qualified consultant/vendor to support World Vision Rwanda and partners, Caritas Rwanda and RODI in the implementation of a baseline study for the Kora Wigire (Work for Self-Reliance) project by providing primary data collection services through conducting a survey to eligible participant and non-participant households in five refugee camps and their host communities including Mugombwa Refugee Camp and Gisagara District, Kiziba Refugee Camp and Karongi District, Kigeme refugee Camp and Nyamagabe District, Nyabiheke Refugee Camp and Gatsibo District, Mahama Refugee Camp and Kirehe District.

Participation to the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions.

Instructions to bidders: 

All interested company shall express their interest on this Expression of Interest latest on 06^thNovember 2024 at 30 am (the details provided will serve to create the profile of the consultant in WVR e-procurement system “Coupa”);

• An e-mail will be sent to all interested companies through WVR e-procurement system (Coupa) on 06^th November 2024.
• Interested Companies must be legally registered in Rwanda
• Please note that all tendering process and bids submission will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement (Coupa), no hard copies will be accepted.
