TITLE:Re-Advertisement of Hiring a Company for Provision of Small Vehicles for Transport Services of CPCIC Staff Within Kigali

CLIENT:Cleaner Production and Climate Innovation Centre(CPCIC)

Cleaner Production and Climate Innovation Centre (CPCIC) cordially invites bids from eligible bidders specializing in transport services to submit their bids for for Provision of Small Vehicles for Transport Services of CPCIC Staff Within Kigali.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field specified above. The company must be registered with the relevant authority of the Republic of Rwanda and should not be on the blacklist recorded by Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA).

CPCIC is committed to environmental protection and hence, no physical documents will be issued. Only those who will have requested the tender document through email will be eligible to bid. Well-presented bids, properly organized, must be delivered to the CPCIC Offices, located in Kigali City Tower, 13^th Floor not later than Novembre 7th, 2024 at 10:00 AM Rwandatime.Late bids shall not be accepted.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 10:30 AM. local time.
