Tender Reference Number: 014/S/NCB /22/KFH
The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from its ordinary budget, towards the cost of acquiring goods and services for the Hospital functioning. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this tender document is issued.

King Faisal Hospital Kigali (KFH, Rwanda) now invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit their bids for the Supply of Dry Food, Fruits and Vegetables, meat products, Milk and Water Products to King Faisal Hospital, Kigali as indicated in detail per each Lot in the Supply Schedule of Requirements.

Tender Documents may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 16:30 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and week-ends upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No. 00289-06969456-38 opened at Bank of Kigali.

Submission Procedure
All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 800,000 Rwf per each Lot, duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company), however a company willing to participate on more than one Lot will bring one bid security. This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period.

Participation is open on equal conditions to all persons or firms interested in this tender.

 Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in one original and three copies per each Lot, must reach the Procurement Department King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later than 2:00 pm local time on October 04th, 2022. Late bids will be rejected.

 Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address below on October 04th, 2022, 2:30 PM local time.

The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title
