King Faisal Hospital Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) intends to solicit the services of its fixed assets counting, tagging and supply of assets management software;
King Faisal Hospital Rwanda(KFH) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of SW2fixed assets counting, tagging and supply of assets management software;
Tender Documents in English may be obtained from KFH Procurement Office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 20,000 Rwf or equivalent in Euro and Dollars to Account N° 00289 06969456 38 opened at Bank of Kigali.
Tender Document may be obtained on any working day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 500,000Rwf.

Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to Deputy Chief Executive Officer of King Faisal Hospital Rwanda. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the Procurement Office at the address mentioned above not later than 20th March 2023, at 2:00pm. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 2:30 pm in KFH Board Room.
