4. Bids must be delivered to the address below before or not later than 10:00am local time on
...../04/2022. Electronie bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened 5. Bids will be opened in a public session and in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person in the conference room at EUCL Headquarter Offices at 10:30 am local time on the same day.

6. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of One Million One Hundred Fifty Thousand Rwandan Francs (Frw 1,150,000) or equivalent in form of any other convertible currency which has the validity period of One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the opening date, issued by a reputable bank or any other financial institution;
7. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than ....J04/2022 at 10:00 am.
