ECOBANK Rwanda hereby invites experienced and qualified bidders to submit their Technical and
Financial proposals for services related to Air Conditioner Maintenance.
• The Bidding document may be obtained as from Tuesday 16th November 2021 during working
hours from 08:00am-05:00pm at Ecobank Business Services office on the ground floor of the
ECOBANK Head Office.

• Bidders are required to deposit a non-refundable fee of 20,000frw on ECOBANK A/C no.
328000009 and Frw 3,600 VAT A/C no: 233000007
• The submission of bids starts on the 29 November 2021 and the Deadline for the submission
of bids is on the 30th November 2021 at 12pm. Late submission of bids will be rejected.
