Talent & Culture Manager (Human Resources Manager)

REPORTS TO General Manager
Akagera Game Lodge stands on a hill at the southern tip of the Akagera National Park elevated above the savannah with exceptional views of Lake Ihema. With 60 rooms and suites, a conference centre, restaurant and bar.
Position Overview
The Talent & Culture Manager will oversee the Hotel’s Talent & Culture department and programs in the areas of recruitment, compensation, performance management, labour relations and training.
This position is also responsible for assisting the Director of Talent & Culture with the design and implementation of the Hotel’s Talent & Culture strategy to position the Hotel as an employer of choice in the local market.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
• Minimum of (3) three years working experience in a HR
• Sound knowledge of the local labour
• Attention to details and
• Good organizational & time management
• Demonstrated team player with effective cross-cultural interpersonal
• Verbal and written fluency in English, along with strong communications, interpersonal, and presentation
