TENDER TITLE: T24 SYSTEM REVIEW & HEALTH CHECK

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to engage local, regional or international service providers with expertise in the T24 system evaluations to carry out a comprehensive review and Health Check of its Core Banking System (T24). BK Plc hereby invites bids from local, regional or international service providers for the above mentioned services.

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 24th Jan 2024. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 12th Feb 2024 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf or USD and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, financial and technical proposal detailing the proposed methodology, work plan, at least 3 references of similar work done, audited financial statements of the last 3 years, certifications and proof partnerships with recognized organizations in the industry, resume of the technical team dedicated to this assignment and any other required document specified in the Terms of Reference.
