NUDOR is a civil society organization established in 2010 by eight national organizations of persons with disabilities. NUDOR exists to strengthen the voice of the disability movement in Rwanda. Together NUDOR and its members are working so that persons with disabilities can enjoy the equal rights to which they are entitled.

HELASIA (Health, Education & Livelihood in Africa: a Sustainable Inclusion Approach) - aims at the effective participation in the development and implementation of policies, programs, and services at local, national and regional level. In education, a focus was put on offering education services where youth with disabilities were supported through identifying their needs and amongst them 105 were supported to access Technical and Vocational Training Education (TVET) in 6 selected TVET schools to be equipped with Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) scholarships.
It is in this line that NUDOR is planning to support graduates with start-up Toolkits as an opportunity to acquire and apply new skills/knowledge which should lead to self-employment and productive income generating activity. By providing TVET training and start-up kits, the beneficiaries and their entire families will have improved prospects for generating income and achieving financial stability, ultimately helping to reduce risk-taking behaviours.

3. Required documents
Interested bidders should submit their expression of interest together with the following documents:
1. Name of the company, phone number, Email address, physical address
2. Original or a copy of the two clearance certificate from RRA
3. VAT Certificate
4. RSSB Clearance
5. Reference of similar tender executed (The bidder should attach 3 certificate of completion of previous tenders of tool kit executed). If the certificates are from individuals or private companies, they should be accompanied, the should be accompanied by their respective contracts
6. Proof of ownership of EBM machine
7. Experience in serving persons with disabilities

NB: The bidder should demonstrate his/her commitment to supply the above mentioned items with 7 days from the signature of the contract.
Deadline for submission is September 22nd , 2022, using the above address, at 1PM. The openning of the bids is planned at 1pm as well.
NB: This communique is the one to be considered. Anyone who will use the lprevious tender notice, his/her bid will be automaticaly rejected.
