AEE-Rwanda is currently implementing a USAID funded project under Agreement Number: 720-696-22-CA-00004; The IGIRE Ubaka Ejo Activity which will contribute to reducing vulnerability and HIV incidence among OVC and their households, and AGYW in high burden districts of Rwanda (Gasabo, Kayonza and Rusizi) districts. AEE-Rwanda is looking for potential bidders to supply Evidence Based Game boards on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights for Youth Corners and Safe Spaces. 

The detailed Terms of Reference are found in tender document which will be availed upon presentation of the payment slip of a non-refundable 10,000 RWF deposited on AEE-Rwanda account number 00040-00047325-22 RWF in Bank of Kigali Ltd. 

Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies (original and copy) should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office at Gishushu (opposite Gasabo District Office) not later than June 16^th, 2023 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:20 am.  

Bids must include: Cover letter, Financial proposal and notarized certificates of administrative documents (RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance), proof of EBM Usage, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three companies/Organizations).
