Supply of Wood-Made Materials (Tables and Chairs) Good Neighbors is an international humanitarian development NGO founded in Korea in 1991 to make the world a place without hunger, where people live together in harmony.
The first community development project in Bangladesh was launched in 1992 and currently, Good Neighbors is working in 192 communities in 40 countries with our focus on inclusive community development approach and child protection.
In 1994, Good Neighbors implemented its first emergency response project in Rwandan refugee situation, providing medical relief teams and establishing two schools at the refugee camps.
Starting with Rwanda emergency response, Good Neighbors has been actively responding various disaster and emergencies including Kobe earthquake in 1995, South Asia tsunami in 2004, Haiti earthquake 2010, Typhoon Haiyan in 2013 and Nepal Earthquake in 2015.

2. Participation in the competition is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the field of wood-made materials supply.

Tender documents may be obtained from the Secretariat of Good Neighbors International Head office located at Kimihurura, opposite Lemigo hotel (FAIR VIEW building_3rdfloor, right-wing) from 23rd up to 29th August 2022 during working days not later than 4:30 PM, upon presentation of a prepaid bank slip of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Rwf) for this lot, deposited to the account No. 211-117708-1-5101-2 Account Name: Good Neighbors Rwanda open in GT Bank
4. Well printed bids written in English, properly bound and presented in three copies of which, ONEoriginal and TWO copies must reach, in sealed envelopes at GNI Head office, not later than 30th August 2021 at 3:00 PM Local time, accompanied with bid security of Five Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (500,000 RwF) issued by a reputable bank or a registered financial institution. Late bids shall be rejected and bidders should sign in the tender register at the main reception.
5. The bids will remain valid for 10 days starting from their submission deadline; the bids opening will take place in a public session on 30th August 2022 at 3:05 PM. Prompt local time at GNI-Rwanda Head Office.
